Running your own business, you must be on top of everything as there is no one else to do it.  This very often leads us to be a jack of all trades and master of none.  One way of managing this conundrum is to hire a Virtual Assistant.  If you choose to do this, I can guarantee that you will be able to grow your business, be more efficient, your productivity levels will rise, your stress levels will reduce and you will have more free time.  Why because you end up with many more hours in the day!

So how can a VA help you boost your coaching business?

  1. Email and diary management

If you are anything like my current clients, your inbox is busy! And managing emails takes up time.  You can hand this all over to a VA who will manage your inbox, book appointments and manage your diary.   Having someone manage those areas of your work life is hugely beneficial.  Things do not get missed as a VA will keep on eye on tasks, completion dates etc for you.  And your efficiency levels will rise because of the time you have gained from outsourcing this task.

  1. Support with marketing and newsletters

Very often marketing is a thing that you would like to get done but gets lost amongst everything else, and although it should be a priority, it is not.  A Virtual Assistant can schedule posts across your social media platforms, edit and post your articles, create marketing material and produce your email newsletters so that you can keep in touch with your clients.  This can all be going on behind the scenes whilst you are doing actual coaching.  And because you are doing more marketing and keeping in contact with clients, your business will grow and develop.

  1. Organise events and create training materials

As a Coach, you will have 121’s, group events or workshops to organise.  This can all be arranged by your VA, from inviting attendees, booking and liaising with the venue, creating PowerPoints and training materials, confirming attendance and all the little extras that need to be dealt with leaving you with more time to concentrate on other things.

  1. All the other stuff

Sometimes it is difficult to quantify “the other stuff”.   It is all those tasks that are created from emails, phone calls, client meetings, workshops etc.  So, to give you an idea of what “the stuff” is, I can tell you what I have done for my clients in the last couple of days.  I have created blog posts, maintained websites, added articles to LinkedIn, sourced images, updated contact lists, created a training profile, lead sheets for networking groups, reports for 360-degree feedback and much more!  All this can be taken off your hands and given to a Virtual Assistant leading to you being more productive in your day.

So, my question to you is why would you not use a Virtual Assistant??
