What online tools to use?

With technology as it is these days, the tools available to use in business are numerous and it can be somewhat confusing to decide which ones would benefit you the most.  So here are a few that I recommend.

Zoom

I love Zoom!  Not only is the basic package free but it is reliable and easy to use.  What more could you want? For a 121, group session or hosting a webinar Zoom is one of my favourite tools.

Insightly

If you are looking for a CRM, Insightly is great for the small business owner.  It is free for up to two users (ideal for you and your Virtual Assistant!) and easy to use.

Buffer

If you are on top of your marketing and are using social media regularly, using a scheduler will make you even more efficient.  Buffer is a useful tool and free to schedule up to 10 posts across 3 platforms at once.

Adobe Spark

Using a Adobe Spark could not be simpler, you can create graphics and video to spice up your marketing and social media content all for free.

Deposit Photos/Pixabay

These platforms will provide you with oodles of images for your blog posts, articles, presentations and marketing content.  Pixabay offer a series of free images that are directly downloadable but offers come up regularly for Deposit photos that will give you a bigger range and choice.

There are of course other alternatives to use and the choice is yours, but if you are looking for platforms to make your life easier, these are a good place to start.
