My name is Emma Conway-Hyde and I am a Virtual Assistant and the founder of The Umbrella Tree.  I love running my business and am very aware of the problems small business owners face which is why I decided to offer a solution.

Having worked in the public and private sectors for over 20 years as a secretary, administrator and executive-level PA, I decided enough was enough!  I took the plunge and set up my own business providing PA and business support as a Virtual Assistant to Coaches, Speakers and Trainers.

What am I best at?  Problem solving and organising are the two things that spring to mind straight away (I can be bossy!!) but one of the most important aspects of my job is to listen and support.  I get huge satisfaction in helping clients achieve their business goals.

My values?  Integrity, trust, flexibility, value and honesty. I will never promise something that I am unable to deliver.

I love a challenge and working together with clients taking them from chaos to calm.
